- Compression brace worn with hot/cold gel pack insert.

Our groin strain pain support wrap has been specifically designed to help relieve pain resulting from a hip injury, sciatica, groin strain, hamstring pull, SI joint injury, or other injuries that cause discomfort in the hip or thigh area.

Unisex and Adjustable Universal Size

Our adjustable hip stabilizer brace designed for both men and women with a waist size up to 47 " & thighs up to 25 " and can be worn on either the right or left leg, under or over clothes.

Provide Heat & Cold Therapy

Our groin brace comes with a reusable ice /hot gel pack. Heat improves circulation, relaxes muscles and relieves stiffness. Cold therapy helps to reduce inflammation, alleviate pain, promote recovery and ease swelling.

Usage for Heat Treatment

Microwave: Heat the pack for 60s at 700w or 40s at 1000w. If the gel pack is not warm enough, then reheat it for 10 second periods, until reaching your desired heat. You can remove the pack at the halfway mark of your heating period, knead the gel pack and turn it over and resume heating to evenly distribute the heat.

Boiling water: The gel pack can also be submerged in boiling water for 7-10 minutes. Use tongs to remove the pack from the water.

Usage for Cold Treatment

Place the gel-pack in a freezer for 1.5 to 2 hours, and wait for 1-2 mins before applying to body.

To get the best cold therapy, it is recommended to freeze the gel packs no more than 2 hours.

Note

NEVER overheat the gel pack.

It’s recommended to wear the compression wraps for up to 20-25 minutes. DO NOT apply Hot /Cold therapy for longer than 30 mins at a time.
