21" x 7.25" gel pack provides full coverage for your neck, upper back and shoulders. Fast relief for injuries, sprains, sore muscles, arthritis, tendonitis, tension stress and more.

Comfortable and Safe

These neck ice packs use nontoxic Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and glycerin

The wrap is a soft washable fabric cover to keep skin comfortable & dry

Hands-free Design

Elastic strap allows the gel pack to be held in place during daily activities.

Usage for Warm Treatment

Microwave: Heat the pack for 20-second intervals on medium heat until it reaches the desired temperature. After removing from the microwave, knead and flex the gel pack to evenly distribute the heat.

Boiling water: The pack can also be submerged in boiling water for 2 to 5 minutes. Use tongs to remove the pack from the water.

Usage for Cold Treatment

Place the gel-pack in a freezer for 1.5 to 2 hours, and wait for 1-2 mins before applying to body.

Unlike other cold-packs, our gel-packs won't become rigid when frozen.
