Usage for Heat Treatment
Microwave:
At 700 watts: Heat for 90 seconds, if not warm enough, turn wrap over and heat for another 60 seconds.

Usage for Cold Treatment
Place the wrap in a freezer for 1 to 2 hours.
Note
NEVER overheat the wrap.
It is recommended to wear the hot/cold wrap for up to 20-25 minutes. DO NOT apply hot /cold therapy for longer than 30 mins at a time
Surface clean with damp cloth
Store it in a bag and avoid warm or moist locations.
