Our cool eye mask allows you to enjoy effective natural treatment from comfort of your home. We recommend you to use our hot cold pack only 15 to 20 minutes at a time.

Do NOT apply Hot /Cold therapy longer than 30 mins at one time to prevent nerve, tissue, and skin damage.

HOT THERAPY

The hot eye mask provides hot therapy if microwaved.

If your microwave is 700 wattage, microwave it in 20 sec., 15 sec. and 10 sec.

If your microwave is 1000 wattage, microwave it in 20 sec., 10 sec., 5 sec.

COLD THERAPY

The cold eye mask provides cold therapy if frozen.

Place the ice eye mask in freezer for 1.5-2 hours for the first time use.

For repeat use, place eye pack in freezer for 30 minutes.

HAND WASHABLE

The eye ice pack is easily cleaned by hand with mild soap and water.
