Because of the current situation we have added alcohol to this product as well as Benzalkonium Chloride and Tetresodium Edta. There is no need to rinse it off that is why it is called "waterless". In addition containers for this product are sold out everywhere. We will be using different containers but they will hold at least the same amount if not more.
