Nature Made's Vitamin C is recommended as part of a daily regimen for women's and men's health, longevity, heart strength, prenatal care, winter wellness, and immunity. Vitamin Cs major role is to make collagen, a protein substance that holds connective tissues together in the skin, bone, teeth, and other areas. Vitamin C is also critical for the proper function of our immune system, for manufacturing certain nerve-transmitting substances and hormones, and for the absorption and utilization of other nutrients, such as vitamin E and iron. Directions

Warnings
