✓ Place the gel pack flat in the freezer for 1.5 - 2 hours and wait for 1-2 mins before use.
Note:
We suggest you wear the compression wrap for up to 20-25 minutes. DO NOT apply Hot /Cold therapy for longer than 30 mins at a time.
