The Replica lighter collection includes; Black Crackle Black Ice, Brushed Brass, Brushed Chrome, High Polish Sterling Silver and Satin Sterling Silver base models. Imprint methods include color image, auto engrave, and laser engrave. Each lighter has a bottom stamp signifying the year it was made, is refillable, and backed by Zippo's famous lifetime guarantee. All windproof lighters are American made in our Bradford, PA factory and come packaged in a gift box.

1941 Replica Lighter
The 1941 case has flat planes with sharper, less rounded edges where the front and back surfaces meet the sides. The lid and the bottom are joined with a four-barrel hinge.
The inside unit replicates the design of the original 1941 model. The sides in the inside unit are flatter, with squared edges where they meet the front and back surfaces. The inside unit has fewer holes in the chimney, and is also fitted with a hollow rivet.
Characteristics of the 1941 Replica lighters include:
- Four-barrel hinge inside compared to the current five-barrel hinge
- Flat bottom with rounded top and corners
- Inside unit - sides are flat, squared edges where they meet the front and back surfaces
- Fewer holes in the chimney (14) than the current model
- Hollow rivet holds the striking wheel in place
- Standard pipe lighter insert will fit this replica case
