Instructions for Use

Step 1

Pull tab to remove sealed wrapper from pen needle and attach to insulin delivery pen. Twist to secure.

Step 2

Remove caps from pen needle and follow your manufacturer's guidelines for insulin injection.

Step 3

Recap pen needle and dispose it in an appropriate sharp waste container.

1. Do not re-use, single use only.

2. Do not use if the protective tab/wrapper is missing or the needle is bent or damaged.

3. Consult your physician before changing pen needle length.
