How to Use:
Add hot water directly
1. Prepare the hot water bottle.
2. Add 80°C hot water and keep it 3/4 full.
3. Remove excess air and tighten the lid.
Microwave heating
Fill with cold water and heat for no more than 3 minutes
Put it in the fridge with cold water
Cold compress the body to reduce swelling or reduce temperature.

1. Do not add boiling water directly, preferably add 80°C water and keep it 3/4 full.
