Low-Carb Psyllium Husk Bread
6 tablespoons Milliard whole psyllium husks
3/4 cup warm water
1 cup Milliard coconut flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 cups egg whites
2 large eggs
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup coconut oil
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line 8x4 loaf pan with parchment. Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until well combined.
Spread batter into pan and smooth top.
Bake for 45-55 minutes or until edges are brown and toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let bread sit in pan for 15 minutes. Remove bread from pan and allow to cool completely on rack.
